STOP. Both sending and receiving partners are required to be approved Rescue Express Rescue Partners prior to placement of a Transport Request. Confirm that your partner has an approved Rescue Partner Application and Rescue Partner Contract on file by contacting [email protected] or (541) 525-3232 before placing a request. Requests for unapproved partners will not be processed. Adopters are not required to become Rescue Partners. Please read the Rescue Express Partner Guidelines for information about transport procedures including: submitting transport requests, bus stop locations and schedules, loading/unloading procedures, reservation changes/cancellations, quarantine guidelines and more.
